Top Down

What is it?

Top Downs starts overhead the roof of the home or home feature (such as firepit), and moves vertically up, showing the entire home and property from bird’s eye view.

How to Fly it!

Begin shot at rooftop or point of interest in back or front yard with camera pointing downward. Maintain camera angle and keep home centered. Ascend for at least 100 ft. If the home and property is not visible all at once and it’s safe, fly higher. If not, fly the drone at highest point from the front to the back (or vice versa) of the home to show the scale of the property.
